How long does a jar of Mylk Made base last?
Our bases have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and consume within 3 months for peak freshness.
Do I need to refrigerate the milk once I blend it?
Yes, because our products contain no artificial preservatives, you should store your made-up milk in a sealed container in the fridge and consume it within 4-5 days.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Absolutely. We use glass jars and metal lids which are 100% recyclable. Our shipping mailers are also home-compostable to minimize environmental impact.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are Mylk Made products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all of our products are 100% plant-based, vegan-friendly, and made with gluten-free ingredients in a controlled environment.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
